FRP
FRP square tubes are made from unsaturated polyester resin, glass fiber yarn, and mat through a pultrusion process. The process is irreversible and can't melt or reform. FRP square tubes are different from thermoplastics and are made from high-quality thermosetting resin. They are more stable and safer to place than round tubes.
FRP square tubes have the following structural benefits:
- Strength: FRP is just as strong as steel, but only a fraction of the weight.
- Elasticity: Steel has no flex and is susceptible to damage from harsh impacts.
- Durability: Steel rusts, wood rots, and regular polymers can shatter or warp.
